Whatcan I do to do this?

Well, I’m trying to make a school, and, can anyone tell me this? what is better? create all the school in 3ds max and a GIANT texture map and export to unreal, or make all the parts 1 by 1, but making more, but smaller textures?

Spit the building into sections. Group parts that use the same material, but keep in mind that each object uses a single lightmap so if it’s very large then you might need to split it up to get higher detail lighting.
