Hey! Sorry didn’t see your extra post here. Probably easier for us to work through your issue here instead as the other posts are getting a bit noisy.
Your log shows you retrying the downloads - and one time, you nearly got them all ok, and only the UE4.0 manifest did not succeed.
I asked on the other post, what you currently have in your DefaultEngine.ini for the HTTP setting, could you reply here instead
