What could be causing this shading issue on my model when the light hits it at the right angle?


The normals on the mesh are fine and I don’t see any problems with the mesh in other programs such as Substance Painter or Marmoset Toolbag. Turning the roughness down seems to hide the shading a bit but doesn’t get rid of it entirely. This is the second mesh I’ve imported into this project that has this exact issue and me and my peers cannot figure out a solution to it. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated thanks!
