Weird shading with Unreal's hair shader

Hi,

I’m using the hair shader in the sample content, and having this weird shading issue.

You can see the hair in the viewport doesn’t look like the preview at all. It’s changing colours depending on the lighting of the environment. Also the hair will be very bright if I increase the roughness and vice versa.

Having issues with this as well, it looks fine in the material preview, fine in the character preview with a mesh, but in certain lighting situations in a level it will go crazy and have really really bright white shine/shimmer on the opposite side of the direction the light is coming from, so it’s not like the light is actually too bright and illuminating the hair on the side you would expect, its happening on the very opposite side of the light. Any ideas?
