Weird rendering after FBX import

Hello, I created a character with Makehuman and imported it into UE4 but the result is kinda weird. All materials are glossy and the eyebrows, eyelashes and hair are not correctly rendered (very unprecise (cf. last screenshot)). Here are some screenshots:

Do you have a tip or a fix for this issue?
