Weard shading issues in Unreal 4 ( SG/UVW Split workflow in 3dsmax)


I’ am having weard shading issues after i bake my textures in substance painter and when i import normalmap in unreal 4. The shading looks good in substance painter but when i bring the mesh normal that i baked in substance to unreal 4 i get these shading errors.
