Water is very tricky. Try to change your shader from translucent to opaque? What is happening is when the camera angle is too steep you are seeing through the water to the landscape below and if its set to translucent its like looking through clear glass. Also look into making a depth fade, I don’t have the link handy but on YouTube look for the channel “gaming and engine tutorials” he has several on water shaders and has a good approach to water shaders. I like his indoor water shader. Follow him and you’ll be on your way to a better shader
