Walls and Floors, shadowed tiles?

I wasn’t sure what else to call this, there is probably a correct term for it. I’m having issues with walls and floors being a different shade of shadow then the one next to it, they sort of tile one another. I have tried disabling cast shadows and it sort of fixed it, but the scene looked weird with sun coming through the wall. I tried disabling only static shadows and sunlight did a similar thing as previous attempt. I am using a self created mesh from blender, I may have missed something when creating or exporting it? Help would be appreciated, please and thank you.
