Videos on learning page not scalable, difficult to read text

Hi

I’m trying to follow along with some videos side by side with UE4 and browser on https://learn.unrealengine.com/, I found it difficult to read the text on the video without making the video full screen, please allow the video to expand (Theater mode) like youtube so the video scale to the window, or allow ctrl + mouse wheel zoom to scale the video to the desired size without limit. It makes it more convenient to follow without constantly going fullscreen and out.

I had the same problem today. Chrome Version 81.0.4044.113 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic). The course introduction videos worked fine, but everything after that refused to go full screen. I am on a 52" screen and it is hard for me to read the text in the videos. I can’t imagine how frustrating this must be for people who are on regular sized computer monitors.
