Vertex paint problem

Hey guys.

I am a relatively new UE4 user. I finished vertex paint my model, everything looks OK, but when I close the project and next day open it, all vertex paint is gone. Am I missing something?

How are you painting it?
If in level, then whatever you paint should be an instanced version - opening the level again should recalculate or re-load the paint. (this worked fine in previous versions, didn’t try yet in .24).
If on a mesh, you need to save it - or do it in an external application (not blender since it doesn’t support it just yet).
