I’m used to rendering with V-Ray in 3ds Max, where I can render a single item or group of items from a scene separately, in order to layer for animation (example: render an animation of a balcony without the railings, and the railings separately, so an animator can quickly and easily insert people behind the railing), or to change the color of something in post processing. I can’t seem to find a way to do this with Unreal’s version of V-Ray. Any ideas?
