Using Level Streaming to be able to bake lighting for differing objects?

I have about a dozen different levels I need to build where the only difference between them is different versions of one large object in the middle. My original plan was to just have one level and spawn in whichever version of the object I needed, but I now realise that I then wouldn’t be able to bake the lighting of it.

What’s the best way to go about something like this? From what I’ve read Level Streaming seems like the answer but since I don’t really know anything about it and it doesn’t seem like this kind of thing is the intended purpose for level streaming (which seems to be more aimed at open world games), I thought I should ask!
