Using and adjusting parametric models in the editor

I’m a fairly new user of UE4 and can’t seem to find any leads or solutions for this…

Is it possible to take models created in parametric modeling software (solidworks, Inventor, etc) and bring those models into ue4 with some parameters exposed? The idea is to tweak the model dimensions / angles like you would tweak the parameters of a substance material. Almost like a custom BSP brush. (stair length, height, curve radius, etc)

I’m guessing it will take a whole lot of coding…but any input or suggestions on an approach to this would be much appreciated.
