On the revenue question, this is how the EULA addresses it:
You agree to pay Epic a royalty equal to 5% of all worldwide gross revenue actually attributable to each Product, regardless of whether such revenue is received by you or any other person or legal entity
So the licensee is ultimately responsible if other parties don’t pay Epic for the revenue.
Epic can’t provide legal advice about copyright or trademark infringement of other parties’ intellectual property, but I would urge you to seek legal advice from a professional before undertaking to recreate someone else’s game. Epic would certainly go after a game called Nureal Tournament, for example.
