"Use Emissive as Static Lighting" seems broken in 4.16

Pretty much the topic name. I’ve tested the same steps in both 4.16 and 4.15 and can’t seem to get the blueprint to work correctly. The Emissive doesn’t cast light onto other objects on the scene correctly in 4.16, but does in 4.15. I’ve tested with different levels and projects to no success. Testing setup was the exact same between both engine versions.

Any workarounds? Is this a known issue?
