Subject: Urgent Request to Remove All Achievements from Excavator Simulator REMAKE
Dear Epic Games Store Team,
While preparing the store page for my game Excavator Simulator REMAKE, I initially defined several achievements. However, I have since decided not to use achievements in the game and would like to request that all achievements be removed from the product.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any option or documentation that clearly explains how to remove them. I do not wish to use achievements in this game, and I kindly ask for your assistance in removing them from the system.
For the past two days, I’ve been trying to publish my game on Epic, but the process has been extremely complicated. Just when I thought everything was ready, this achievement issue appeared and blocked the release. I am experiencing serious frustration and delays.
The game still shows “Coming Soon” on the store, and I’ve started receiving messages from players asking why they can’t purchase it. I’ve already invested in marketing and promotion, and this delay is causing significant damage to my launch plans.
Please do not redirect me to documentation pages. I do not have time to read or implement anything further. The game is finished and ready for release — I just need your help to remove the achievements and make the game available for purchase as soon as possible.
