Upon death I want the enemy to burst into black goo/ink

So, when I defeat and ordinary enemy…I was wondering how do I create something that upon death of an enemy it will burst into black ink/goo

A good way would be with a particle system. So just delete the enemy and spawn the particle goo.

This looks like a good one, you could change the red to green:

Maybe replacing the actor with a static mesh that has a Morph Target Vertex Animation on it?
