Unreal seems to remove keyframes with really small increments in time

If have imported a skeletal mesh with an animation track. In this track there are some keyframes really close together in time, about 1 procent of a frame (on 60fps).
Unreal seems to ignore this keyframe and interpolates between the key frame before those. Is this the animation compression? Even if I set the position filtering to a really small number nothing changes.
Does Unreal rebake the keys on 60fps when you import? Is there a way to import the raw animation without any filtering?
