My unreal engine crashes with this code:

this has happened even after an entire reinstall of both epic games launcher and unreal engine, regardless of versions. In the attached video it shows that it crashes when I open (or dismiss) the plugin settings notifications, however, even when I do not open it and just whilst designing in ue4, this crash still happens unpredicatably.2021-04-26 12-59-05.mkv (2.8 MB)
This started happening to all my files(including both existing and new ue4 scenes), after I have downloaded a scene from the internet (Mortuary 16), and tried to migrate some of their project assets.
Can someone please help me out, as it seems like I cant even create new projects and cant even use UE4 anymore.
