Unreal Engine crashes at start

In our case, it was a missing dll.

Yesterday, I installed the Unreal Engine and I cannot start the program. At first I had the Epic Launcher in a different folder, so I reinstalled it. Later, I installed again the program and it does not work. I tried up to date my drivers and it still does not work. I have verified the program too and I have not any solution.
