Unreal Engine Cinematic Output lacks reflections / seems darker (have tried auto exposure)

So im trying to render out a camera cinematic from unreal. I am using the Cinematic camera attached to a vehicle on its bumper.
Its a farily dark scene with water on the asphalt but for some reason it seems as if screen space reflections or any form of reflections are not being saved out from the cinematic.
attached is a comparison of what a single frame looks like and a in engine preview

Any idea what i could be doing wrong ?
-I tried auto exposure from game settings (i have the exposure on the camera set to manual with iso etc)
-I tried meddling with the ending quality settings
-I tried also setting a delay period before each from to render (tried 5 seconds)
