I changed the skeletal mesh back to the default one I have been using for a month on my character, unreal froze when I did this so I ended the task with task manager, now as soon as I open the project the same freeze happens. No crashes, no error messages, no logs…
I tried deleting Intermediate, saved, and derived data cache folder, no difference, doesn’t even recompile shaders on launch. I thought it might be a shader issue, but i can’t force ue to recompile them…
Any ideas how to solve this?
Edit: Managed to narrow it down to it being the Character BP that caused the issue, moved it from the content folder and the editor started fine, luckily I had a backup…
