Unreal engine 4 commercial game deployment guidelines

My game is about to finish and I’m planning to upload it to Steam but my English isn’t good so I need help explaining some on this page: Release and Royalty Tracking Guidelines - Unreal Engine

Especially this line:
Write a EULA for your product that explicitly disclaims any representations, warranties, conditions, and liabilities related to the Unreal Engine. Some example language can be found here.

and do I have to put credits in my game? even if it is a small one?

"Add the following to your product credits: “[Product Name] uses Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere. Unreal® Engine, Copyright 1998 – xxxx, Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved.” ".
