Just some quick House Keeping:

Assertion failed: ClosestTriangleBaseIdx != INDEX_NONE [File:D:/Build/++UE4+Licensee/Sync/Engine/Source/Runtime/ClothingSystemRuntimeCommon/Private/Utils/ClothingMeshUtils.cpp]

its crashing due to cloth. reopen in 4.24, remove any cloth, then try conversion again.
