I’ll admit that it’s a bit odd to see this while on Win10:

On the other hand, I’ve yet to hear UE4 refused to function properly because it was running under Win10.
If I were to judge I’d say the following is the culprit here:
Or is it that Windows 10 is fine and
this is just an installation glitch
that overlooks that a windows 10
machine is being used and assumes it
is installing on a Windows 7
environment?
