Please confirm if this works or not, because i tried importing all shapes and sizes from 3ds max to unreal. the only things that work are capsules and spheres only uniformly scaled which is very limiting. The thing is that apex with custom collisions does work in max while playing in the viewport its the import into unreal that somehow manages to mess the collision object up drastically. Is this a limitation? is there a way around this? can anyone shed some light on this matter.
Thanks for the reply, however read the link already, nothing in there regarding apex and cloth, usually the Apex setup for collisions is done in max and exported through physX file (to my knowledge it is a separate collision option for character based clothing only and has nothing to do with unreal static mesh collisions and vice versa), somehow the custom shaped objects are not coming through properly, they show up but they seem corrupted and its wireframe geometry is all over the place.
