Are you talking about the not reliable profiles right ?
Well, if i list these guys it’s because they are not polite or serious, this will help other teams to make the right choice.
If a team mate tell me he’s too busy with his family or other reasons and he apologizes for the inconvenience and announces his departure in advance,
This is a polite and responssable action that I appreciate and we dont waste time.
Unfortubately we loose a lot of time on the project because of irresponsible and not serious behavior of some team mates who leaves us
without news while we wait for their work to be able to go forward in the project.
By the way, from September we will apply deadlines to accelerate the project development.
