Undecleared Packaging error 4.12.4 and 5

I ran into a pretty hefty and extrem bug with packaging my game.
Every time i try to Package my Game for shipping i get this log:

Sorry but answerhub still has no usable spoiler system so you HAVE to see all the log at once. :frowning:
I have this error even when trying to package the basic FPS template from the engine.

I tried:

  • Renaming the project

  • Fixing redirections

  • Updating VS

  • updating and verifying the engine 4 times

  • Migrating and extra cleaning the project to a blank

There is no error in this Project, its perfect, i stuck to every single rule this time and i took every extra step i could imagine and find. This is a giant mystery to me.

Well, I don’t have a fix, but I can sort out the error. Maybe you can find something via google:

It can’t find the UELinkerFixupsName.h

Could be due to the path. Is there an “ä” in your UserName? If yes, try moving the Project to something outside of the “Max Brämer” folder hierarchy. Also make sure that this file exists.

I would really try to move the Project away from your User Folder. Or don’t use “ä” etc in there.

Changing the folder namespace to C:/ue4_bukkit/dawn did make the automation tool working.
No0 idea why. It did build before with this namespace. I cant explain that logicly. :expressionless:
