What I would suggest is looking over each map, asset and file that it says it cannot load or it cannot find and ensure that it’s still in your project and it’s not being called accidentally. Make sure that the redirectors are all fixed up too. You can do that by right-clicking in the Content Browser.

Once you’ve fixed these files, please run the process again and see whether or not it works. If there are more errors, please upload the full log so I can see what else may be causing issues for you.
