Meanwhile you guys can post the affected url(fab product list) and also post a log from Epic Game Launcher (https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/c-Category_EpicGamesStore/c-EpicGamesStore_LauncherSupport/how-do-i-gather-logs-for-epic-games-launcher-a000084789), this should speed up things.
