Creator Portal
Summary
I am currently trying to apply for the island creator portal. I am eligible to apply but when I get to the verification process It makes me use my disabled support a creator code. I am unable to change it and due to it being disabled I have no way of gaining access to the island creator program. Would love some help.
Steps to Reproduce
-Have a disabled sac
-attempt to apply for the island creator program when eligible
-Get stuck on stage 4
Expected Result
I think I should be able to either use that disabled code for publishing maps only OR let me change my creator code.
Observed Result
You get stuck on stage 4 of the application process with the error ‘Please enter a creator code that comlies with the requirements listed above’.
