Summary
I am no longer able to access material properties. It was working fine a few days ago, but now when you attempt to open any material, the window never fully loads. There were not any updates on the day this issue started so im not sure what cause it.

double click on any material default or custom, to open the Material properties
Expected Result
Expect the window to fully load so you can modify the material
Observed Result
the Material Window never fully loads
