UMG scaling issue on 4:3 ratio

I’m experiencing the same problem as described here: UMG Scale issues - Blueprint Visual Scripting - Unreal Engine Forums

My game is set to run at a 16:9 scale which works fine on modern devices but on older devices such as the S2 most of the UMG content is cut off.

I don’t have an S2 to work off from, these are just reports I’ve been receiving.

How would I detect screen ratio and scale accordingly for both UMG and my in game camera?
