UEFN revision control: Capture Area device always in the changeset

Our team works on a UNFN project that contains a Capture Area devise. The Capture Area device somehow becomes changed even when you don’t touch anything related with the device and you edit something far away from the device. The trouble is that everyone often tries to lock the Capture Area device in the revision control which leads to frequent conflicts.

I don’t know is it a an issue with the Capture Area device or I just should be more careful when use it. I the later case I can’t figure out what I should avoid.

This could be related with Normal - Revision commits with Verse changes cause all related devices in the level to become checked out when changes are sync’d

I have just submitted a bug report on random capture area device changes. I’ve tried to catch a pattern what could trigger the change, but it just happens randomly from the my perspective.
