Getting “Build failed! See log for details.” every time on any island.
(Edit) Upon further inspection it looks like the World Partition Builder can’t find and mount my project. There are also many ppl in the community having this exact issue.
Is there a fix for this or an ETA for when epic will address this?
Yeah I’m having the same issue since the update. It sucks since we’re building HLODs everyday for an Open World Racing game and any map changes we make that day aren’t reflected when viewing that region of the map from a distance. Hope they fix this quickly!
Been having the exact same problem and thought it was somethin I was doing wrong. Seems to be an issue with UEFN currently. I have all models set to 0 render distance yet they still don’t spawn in until you get close even on Epic render distance and I can’t build HLODs for the map. Makes what I’m tryin to create impossible.
Yeah same here makes my project impossible to publish until it’s fixed. Haven’t heard of them acknowledging the issue yet. I’d recommend everybody click on help tab in the editor and hit the report issue option and mark it as a “Blocker” or “Critical” and provide the logs files that are zipped up.
That’s quite far for a critical issue. This is going to prevent people from publishing for almost a month depending on how late into may it gets released. Thank you for the update though. Much appreciated.
