after a few days i worked around :
- first of all Edit > plugin > Apple ProRes Media
- ReStart The App
- in Adobe Premiere Pro On exporting setting make sure you set the quality Resolution as standard as Unreal Want
- NOTE : on default MF adobe Premiere Pro Resolution will Set On custom as default (CARE About That )
- For example i want to export trans BackGround Vid . it is my setting :
change the Resolution if you dont do that unreal will not Recognize that !
instead of Res custom 1288 x 720 DO HD 1280 x 720 !!
