UE5.4 Prolific Foliage Rendering Crash (WorldPartition)

For the record:

  • while this crash is still outstanding in our UE5.4 project, we did discover that the primary instigator for this prolific crash was due to landscape grass/foliage types supporting a larger cull distance than the World Partition grid Loading Range.

  • Adjusting these cull distances to better align with WP loading ranges significantly mitigated our crashes
