UE4 Marketplace cant select uprojects

Hello,
I just bought Spell_Cast from marketplace and it shows up but will not allow me to connect it to any projects?

Please help thanks

What happens when you click “add to project”?

You have only 4.9 projects, but Spell Cast System is compatible with 4.8, so just create 4.8 project and then add to it.
