You cant.
Animations are the equivalent of “god” probbaly to the power of Superman in the sun.
They will always cause stuff to happen. And they will always play.
You can sort of tone it down by adding physical animation component to the character, and setting up a profile that sort of dulls the effect of say - a kick.
Itll still kick. It’ll still catapult a car 90% of the time.
Heck, it will even catapult a whole buiding with the proper mass if you set the building up to simulate.
Anyway, you just never allow physics simulation between SKM and anythinf, unless whatever it is specifically requires the simulation…
