UE4 doesn't find my high ATI graphics adapter on laptop, Why does it find Intel HD one only?

on my laptop , I have Intel HD 4000 and AMD ATI HD Radeon 8670M but in log file of my UE4 project it seems like it only find the Intel one … so everything is running on the lowest performance…

I’ve attached the log file and the dxdiag file.
