UE4 / BP Legacy particles disappearing when far. why?

Hi, i use a BP to activate a legacy particle emiter, but particles do not show, unless i get super close, but i though by disable particles “Use max draw count” they might show at any disttance, still changing “max draw count” to 50,000, they are hiding; unless… i get very close, thats when they appear and even if i move far they still appear and never hide. I already tried to check “Never Cull Distance” inside BP particle emiter Components, and increased “Desired max draw distance” to 50,000.

What can i do?
