I was wondering the new Unreal engine 4.25 is out to download then I get a choice of 2 different Licences a Publishers licence or a creators licence, which one be better, I cant decide, also eventually UE5, I need to know which better value?.

They are really for two different things, Publisher is if you want to make something and then sell it, Creator is for if you need to build something for a client for them to use in house or something that is free for people to use. If you plan to make a game and sell it then Publisher is the one you want.
