UE not opening

Hello, I am running into an issue when I click the launch. It goes to the project menu to open/ create a new project but then immediately crashes and gives the following report

Just wondering if anyone know about this, I have sent the repot and have uninstalled and re installed UE completely 3 times now.

Have you already tried to open a project with the uproject file? -> download a sample - go into the folder - double click onto the uproject file
