UDIM work around?

Hi how are you?
I need to work around this, but my non artist skills are limiting me.
I have a model which is using UDIM uvs. I didn’t made this model by my self but I need to use it in my project (main character)
Now, is there any way to make this model to work with out re do all the uvs to match the 0-1 UV coord?
What should I do?

Just to clarify, I dont care to preserve the UDIM UVs, I just wan’t to make the model to work with the engine.
(a note: I think dont need lightmaps for this, so overlapings should be fine?)
