I’m not sure if anybody else shares my frustration with the new cascade viewport and it’s menus, but HomeRye from AnswerHub gave me a couple of quick tips to navigate around some of the issues I was having with it’s useability, and I’m not sure if they’re widely-known, so here goes:
- Press ‘F’ to focus on your particle system if you accidentally lose it in the preview window.
- Use ALT + LMB to orbit around your focal point (the same way you could in UDK)
