Twin Blast animations are not playing certain bone tracks.No idea where to start.

I am having the strangest issue. I am using the Twin Blast paragon asset and the Doubleshot_Fire_Rt_Fast animation is not playing the bones of the weapon. In the preview I can clearly see the weapon cocking back yet when I create a simple actor with that animation playing, I can see that it is not happening, yet the rest of the animation is playing just fine. EDIT: Just checked and this is the case on ALL Twinblast animations that have a cockback in preview.
