Trying to use game code inside my plugin

I have a static Utility class with tons of useful stuff in my game.
I’m making an editor plugin and trying to use the functions from that game class within the plugin, but I can’t get it working.

I’ve tried adding the game module and class directory in the Plugins build.cs, the includes and all work fine, but I get linkage errors when I try using the code.

How can I properly use my game class inside my plugin?


You can’t do that.
Move the classes to the plugin.

Thanks, is there a way to use the same class names?

Ex: the class I want to copy is called UT. But I get linkage errors even though they are using different API’s, one being in game and one being in the plugin.

Is this possible or do I need to rename classes I move into the plugin? (This includes all structs inside the class)
