Try to set the right rotation when attach actor to scene component of an other actor

Hi i have a basic car frame actor (block) and a basic wheel actor .
I can attach the weel to a scene component of the car frame whit my motion controller .
But i have a problem to get the right rotation.
If the car frame actor changes rotation the rotation of wheel need to be changed when i attach the wheel to the scene component.
Is there a calculation for it to get this?
