Trouble Accessing Visual Studio when Creating C++ Actor

When I tried to create a C++ actor, a warning stated in the log file that Unreal Engine 4 couldn’t access Visual Studio. I haven’t been able to create a C++ project, compile, or create a C++ actor in UE4.
