In the UE4 roadmap on trello (Trello) there’s a 4.17 section. In it there’s “Physics Optimizations” with a description of “Task batching, tree rebuild, kinematic transform updates”.
I was hoping to get some clarity on what any of those are, as my game relies heavily on physics. However it doesn’t work entirely at the moment so it could benefit greatly from specific additions. If what I need isn’t going to be included in 4.17 then I’ll just try to find a solution myself, otherwise i’ll wait for 4.17 to be released to work on my project.
